There is no SCT, but you can try the Walmart pre-qualification link below (it is a soft pull to check):

https://applynow.capitalone.com/preapproval/?brandCode=WALMARTCB&marketingChannelCode=PREAPPROVALUNS

 

Just keep in mind that if an offer pops-up and you click to accept, it can result in 3 HPs (one for each CRA).
