Woke up this morning to be surprised by a $500 CLI from Capital One on a bucketed card despite giving up on requesting CLIs (and CapOne to be honest) months ago since the card was effectively stagnant. $500's not much but I'll take it, I guess!
Some stats: This is the card I report a balance on for my AZEO, always %1-2 of my total CLs. Since this is my lowest limit card it usually adds up to about %15 utilization on this card in isolation. I keep a bill for a subscription service on here and occasionally use it for gas or coffee but total monthly spend is never above 50% of the limit. I always PIF right after report date. This card was PCed from a Platinum (NOT secured) to the non-AF Quicksilver and had been sitting with the same limit for about 14 months with repeated denied CLIs, despite my cards from other companies getting regular CLIs. This is (and most likely will continue to be) my only CapOne card.

This. From a lender who giving out a $100 increase is like pulling teeth, $500 is pretty big especially on a card with low usage. One win for the John Q Public

Congrats on getting something from CapOne! I haven't gotten an increase from them in 4 years.
