Capital one CLI

Just received an email today stating they would increase my CL from my initial $300 to $1300.  Email states there will be no credit check.  Is this a wise decision considering my credit scores have been on a steady increase?  Started from a low 600 score on all 3 to 660s within a matter of 3 months.  Will this affect my credit score negatively if i proceed to a higher credit limit?

Re: Capital one CLI

This is a credit line increase wrapped up in a bow. It's yours for the taking.
This will yield a net positive impact to your score provided you don't increase your reporting balance with it.
It's yours, you earned it! Congrats!!

Re: Capital one CLI

Congrats on the instant approval of your CLI!!!

As previously stated, as long as the balance owed doesn't increase as well then a credit limit increases is a positive.
