Just wanted to say thanks for all the advice and tips on this site. I've had my Chase Amazon acct since 2011 and only got 1 auto increase once this year from 2k to 3k. I saw someone else used the secure message and authorized a hard pull for a 800 to 10k increase so I thought I would try. Originally was told it would take 7-10business days for a decision and I was looking up the backdrop numbers to call when I got home and an hour later I got home and checked my acct again before calling in the backdoor and my acct was increased to 10k.
