Pretty nice starting limit, too!

As for CLI requests, in theory you can ask anytime. It will be hard pull since backed by chase. Maybe even double pull. No guarantees but you can call the number on the back of your card or send them a secure message. I dont have any personal experience with this particular card but going by Chase's general CLI.

All asked CLI are hardpulls and auto increases are seemingly random. Some people get them, some never do. There is most likely an algorithm but it probably has too many variables so no ones figured it out.
