Chase Approval

So I have been working on my husbands credit at the same time as mine and today we decided to apply for him for a chase freedom card after looking at the pre qual site.  To my surprize he was approved for $2500!  Keep in mind the only other card he has ever had was a capital one secured card that he opened 6 months ago ($200 limit lol), he's also an au on my qs1 card (1300 limit).  His scores are in the 620 range and he has 4 medical collections ranging from 1.5 years to 6 years old.  This will be his third HP but one is due to fall off next month.  Just wanted to give everyone rebuilding some hope and say that the pre qual site seemed very solid!

 

Thanks to this forum we are on our way to building our credit back up!

Keep moving forward 

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
