I clicked submit on a Chase Freedom application and this is what happened, what recourse do I have? Should I call them? At which number? should I simply wait?

Called. Declined, because EQ is frozen. I tried to unfreeze using the PIN over the phone and they said they were unable to unfreeze my EQ report. I'm sad about it, but I suppose it's a lesson not to freeze my reports.

Just wondering ... what if I ask them to pull TU or EXP instead, both are unfrozen?

Would this work or is this asking for trouble?

EQ is the easiest to unlock. They have a mobile app. All you gotta do is switch it on and off to lock and unlock. It's called Lock and Alert by EQ, and it's on Android and iOS.

I suppose you could've asked them to use a different bureau, but they don't have to. You can still unlock your EQ yourself and call again.
