They pulled Experian, and only the once at time of app.

Apped for the CFF after checking for pre-approvals, and since it showed a single APR vs a range, I trusted it and went ahead and applied (I was well under 5/24 at time of app). Well, that set off two full weeks of back and forth with Chase, with me trying to prove my DOB to them, them rejecting everything I sent them, and then ultimately sending me a denial letter with the reason being suspected identity theft. But, my stubbornness paid off! This morning, after what felt like the 100th call to Chase, I finally got the approval! Small SL of $500, which I expected - I'm sure the limit will grow over time and with good use. 

They definitely made me fight for it, so I'm really happy to finally have my foot in the door with Chase!
