My wife tried to get a Chase Freedom classic in August/September 2020 and couldn't get them to budge on recon despite great scores, $20k in Chase banking, but being at 5/24 when they included AU accounts. We tried repeatedly.
It's so funny how one bank will not give you the time of day and another will give you a $20k limit.
