So today, I recently applied for Chase Freedom Unlimited. I always wanted a Chase Credit Card, since I bank with them. And I’ve been denied several times around 2 years ago with scores ranging around the low 600s. But ever since I’ve been fixing my credit and it jumped 60+ points, I received a pre-qualification offer from three cards, which are Chase Freedom Unlimited, Chase Freedom Flex, Chase Sapphire Preferred and Reserve. So I applied for Chase Freedom Unlimited, I got an approval for $2600! I applied for this card, because of points, $200 cash back when you spend $500 in the first 3 months, and mainly their Doordash discount. I’ve been using Doordash heavily, so I thought this would be a good deal.
Hopefully, I’ll be able to start getting approvals with credit limits around at least $5K. Getting approved for $2600 is nice, since it’s the highest starting limit I received, while American Express Blue Delta Card was around $1000. I’ll get there some day.
