Chase Freedom Visa Signature Upgrade

I've been working with the EO since Friday for upgrade to Signature. Turned down last week by a less than pleasant CS rep, who wanted to either convert me to Freedom MC or Slate.  After declining, i hung up.  Called EO on Friday and got it in process.  She called me this am to get income and mortgage info, and said she'd call me back this afternoon, or latest tomorrow am.  She called back this afternoon  congratulating me on the upgrade, and new cards already shipped out. Very pleased with the level of service received by their EO, and she was great in handling my request.  It's nice to get the extra benefits with the upgrade, and i pointed out that Chase would also benefit from the extra swipe fees associated with it.  I've put a ton of money through this card in the last year or so. With this and Sams Discover cli, it's been a good day!

Congrats

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: Chase Freedom Visa Signature Upgrade

So you still have the same perks as a Visa/Master but now it's a signature and its access to concierge service?

Re: Chase Freedom Visa Signature Upgrade

There's more perks for signature version, including NPSL, slightly better travel benefits / coverage, purchase protection and warranty extension.

Yes. It is considered a Flexible Spending Line.  However, anything approved/charged above the "hard" limit is usually due once the statement cycles, along with whatever may be the required payment for the standard revolving balance in that cycle as well.
