Chase Prime 2x CLI

Called in to Chase today to let them know I unfroze my TU so they could process the CLI request on my Prime card. Last received auto CLI in December, so 7 months since. Used 70% CL over the last 6 months on the card. She asked how much I wanted, confirmed income and housing expenses. Ended up giving me exactly what I asked for, without any hassle, and specifically stated it keeps it in line with my Citi card. TCL +5k.

When you got auto cli, what was account age, amount and was it sp?

Congrats! 

Being able to speak to an actual human credit analyst that has authority to make decisions instead of relying on an algorythm is a huge benefit of Chase imo.

I would imagine you can ask a lot sooner, but I was never worried about any of that. As for SP, I asked the CSR today and she said any existing account will be a SP, but any new accounts will be HP. I did try requests this year at 3 months and 4.5 months after my auto, no dice.

The second person, yes. When I initially called the number they gave me, it was strictly an automated deal that confirmed I submitted the request. Call again the next day, same thing, but then I pressed 0 hoping for an operator. Person 1 regurgitated everything the letter stated about my frozen report. He then sent me on to person 2 who was great!
