When my Sapphire Preferred turned 1 year old last month, I called in to product change to the Reserve in order to take advantage of the increased redemption for something I have planned, and put it back into active use after an short hiatus in the sock drawer. I just realized today that I've never asked for a CLI on that card, so proceeded to login to my account, entered the info and received a nice increase of $9k. It took the card from $17.3k to $26.3k. I'll take that!
