10+ years ago burned Chase for ~$5k - settled for less

April 6th - approved for Chase Freedom Flex with a toy limit of $700 after 2nd recon attempt.  Opened a savings for $8500 and had an auto CLI to $1200 a few months later

October 7th, the day after 5th statement closing and having the FF for exactly 6 months, I was instantly approved for Chase Sapphire Preferred for $12.5k

I was constantly checking the "Just for you" section and was getting nothing on that.  I know the 100k offer is expiring some time very soon and I wanted to jump on this as soon as possible.
