Hi, y'all. Just wanted to share that I was approved for the Citi AAdvantage MileUp card, with a SL of $9,200. I received an "invitation to apply" from them in the mail twice, and the second time I decided to go for it, as I saw it had a single APR and the "opt out" language. I was instantly approved and am awaiting my card in the mail (although I did receive my approval letter today...not sure why they can't just send the card with that, but oh well). Also, surprisingly, it has already reported to the credit bureaus! (Only 6 days after applying/being approved!)
Just fyi: my credit scores were between 695-720 when I applied. I only had one other credit card in my name at this time, with a CL of only $300. I am an AU on two cards, one of which has been open for 27 years, so that definitely helped. Otherwise, my credit history is only about five months long. Not sure how I got so lucky on this!
