Citi AAdvantage Platinum Select Approval

I managed to last a few months in the garden... This time I was tempted out by a when booking an upcoming flight in American Airlines for the AAdvantage Platinum Select.  I snagged a sweet offer for $400 statement credit to offset the cost of the flight that I'm getting reimbursed for anyway + 30,000 miles after spending $1,500 in 3 months.

I got a respectable $6,400 starting limit and 28% or so APR. I'm now 1/3, 2/6, 3/12, and 13/24.

The card itself I'm not terribly interested in outside of the sign-up bonus, but I hear it can be product changed into another Citi Custom Cash.  Hopefully that'll still be an option a year from now! 🤞
