I just got a bump from $10.9k to $13.9k.

I became 0/6 new accounts on Nov 1 and 0/6 Eq inquiries on Nov 3.

I've been pestering the increase button mulitple times per week since a little before then. I think you have to be 0/6 and then wait for their (monthly?) SP to reflect that. The website still shows they updated my score on 10/24, so I was thinking I might have to wait until around 11/24. But I kept requesting anyway - for science

Anyway, it didn't work a couple days ago, but it did work tonight.

Congratulations on your Citi custom cash credit line increase. If you don't mind what was income that you reported, I have Custom cash which is 8K for last year in half they will not increase my limit with a hard pull, I also have Citi DC mastercard with 23.6K limit with income of 88K fico scores over 820. Again congratulations.
