@M_Smart007 wrote:@tg4life, You can ask for an APR reduction every 6 Months on Citi core cards.
Citi APRs are pretty decent usually. Mine's been hanging out at 13.49 for a long time and I haven't ever asked for a reduction.
@pinkandgrey, You were fortunate to get that APR .. My cards are from years ago when rates were high.
So I had to work my way down. Still would not carry a balance though.
I have seen some myFICO'ers with under 10%

@Anonymous wrote:Is the DC one of the easier citi legacy cards to get, compared to Costco or the AA Advantage cards? I know the premier and prestige are the hardest but what are the easiest ones?
@Anonymous, I would say the UW is probably the same for the DC, DP, Simplicity and Citi Rewards.
Those would be the easiest on my guess list.
Is UW generally easier for those cards than the citi Costco or citi AA cards? I'm debating which to get to get my foot in the door..

Appreciate the insight.
I've been watching Citi's Prequal Site but it's been down about a month into Covid so I've held back

I just wanted to know which is the easiest of the citi cards to get. Not just between the AA cards and Costco. As in, is double cash or rewards+ easier?
I just need the easiest citi card to get approved for to get in the door.
