I've been kind of bored in the garden and also looking for something that would give me a 0% BT while having some sort of long term value as a no annual fee card that will help my overall credit limit. After a bunch of moderately half-as*ed research, I determined that I'd probably like to rejoin the Citi world after burning them slightly when in law school (one 30 day late, but a full rescession-era payoff).
Well, after a bunch of research, a big dinner, and copious amounts of wine and whiskey I am the proud owner of a Citi DoubleCash MasterCard with a SL of $13,800. That's actually the largest SL I have seen since starting the rebuild of my credit 3 years ago. Highest SL before that was 5500. Thanks Garden friends for the help, the tomfoolery, and general concept of discipline that has helped me get here. I've now eclipsed 50k (and 60k) for total lines. Going for 100k as the next great adventure.
Data points:
EXP: 732 TU: 714 (EXP is now 727 after the hit, meaning they hit at least EXP on the pull)
