Seems to be a common starting limit lately.

You may be waiting a little while for the card, lol. IME Citi is pretty slow and refuses to expedite cards (except for the "premium" cards).

Lol, not in a huge hurry to get the card. It said 7-10 days so we will see!

I setup online account during approval process and I can't login right now. Do I need to wait until card has arrived?

Yes you need the actual card in order to log in

It took a few days for my online account to show up, but I couldn't log in until the card came in. Mine arrived in only 4 days. Congratulations!
