What are your data points. I cannot get mine increased from 300. I have 631EX, 691EQ, 684 TU

My scores are 740ish across the board.

About 7 inquiries in the past 12 months 

3 new account in the 12 months 

I've had the Citi DC card for 15 months. My first CLI was after 3 months and then every 6 months after that. SL was $3000. I PIF every months.
