I've tried over & over & over with Discover.  They tend to give me a bump of $1k every year or so ~ nothing more.  Its a lost cause at this point and the only reason I keep it is because my mom swears by Discover.  Don't think I have put anything on the card in 3-4 years ...

That's a massive initial CL for the Citi DC.    Mine was $1200 and I had to take an HP to get it to $5K.   Congrats!

Can you explain about the 17 day SP CLI with Discover?  What does this mean?
