My score is like 795+. Still have 18k in student loan. 130K in mortgage. Avarage age of account is 7+ years old. Credit usage is 2% out of 250k. Probably need to rack up some usage with C1 using their purchase transfer balance option. 

I live in GA, don't know which credit they will pull when I apply. Currently have a checking/saving with them for quite sometime. Don't know if that will make any difference.

I was prepared for them to pull EQ, and they pulled EX. I live in the Southeast as well.   Glad I unfroze all my bureaus for the app.  I'm interested to know how you fare with your application!

Pulled the trigger on 10/18. Got approved instantly with 10k limit. Citi pulled EX which is good because I only have 1HP since 1/2022.  4% utilization.
