Citi SP $2k Increase

Got my 6 month SP CLI today from Citi on my Double Cash. Went from $24,100 to $26,100. Tried to lower the APR via chat but no go and sitting at 11.99%. Card has had maybe $500 run through it in the last 6 months. Account is 4 years old.

I have made out pretty well on this card....most likely good scores and a thick file. It was not from usage, I can tell you that!

i am fairly new to credit and only have three secure cards. can only hope one day to have a card like that.
