I would wait six months and put some light spending on the card then ask for a CLI. I say this becasue the six months will give Comenity some payment history. I did a similiar thing when I was approved for a JC Penney card with the initial credit limit of a $100.00. In six months I asked for a CLI received a new credit limit of $600.00. After a year I received 4X plus credit limit increase when I asked for a CLI.
