Crate and Barrel (Comenity)

Long time lurker.

Applied for the Crate and Barrel card at the website (not the shopping cart trick), got the 7 to 10 day letter.  Figured it was a decline since my scores range from 632 to 656.

Got a letter telling me to call to verify information.  I called, answered three questions. Waited for a decline.

Rep said "Wow. Congratulations.  You've been approved with a $7K limit. Don't see starting limits that high very often."

I was shocked.  Got off the phone, called back to the automated system to check,  My limit is indeed 7K.  It was a very pleasant surprise.

Congrats!!! ME TOO!! LOL This is the biggest starting limit I've ever gotten and it's also my largest limit on any card. I was also in shock. I got a Pottery Barn a couple days ago and thought the $4,000 starting limit was crazy. That was my highest until today!!! $7,000! Woohoo!!!
