Credit Line Increase request with Captial One

Hello, I have a question, I've filed BK in 8/2014 and was approved 3 cards with Capital One.
Limits are as follows:
QS $300,$400,$750 Opened 9/14
PL $500,$600,$1,100 Opened 10/14
Sony $750..new Opened 3/2015

Total Utlization around 20%

I've called CapOne for a credit line increase they said that they can't over the phone.
I've sent an email and they emailed me back this morning with steps on how to request a credit line increase..

How did you guy get credit line increases via email or phone...not sure if i'm using the wrong numbers and /or email addresses

Contact the Cap1 Executive Office via email. Make sure to include a contact number and someone will call you back.
