Credit One gets a lot hate around here (and some of it seems very warranted) by we’ve had no issues with my wife’s card. We also have a $39 AF, but it’s worth it to us for how it has helped her credit grow. She will definitely outgrow it later on, but so far it’s been OK for us.

Congrats OP.  Same thing happened to me when I got my card with them back in January.  My AF, like yours, is only $39 and I'm curious to see if they will auto CLI at the 1 year mark. I haven't had any issues with them as I use my Chase bill pay service to pay my bill.
