Credit limit increases - Data collection and analysis

If there is enough interest, I would be willing to collect and analyze data from everyone who has received a CLI from the capital one credit steps program or from other lenders.  The purpose would be to gather variables from each person and their respective increases.  If I got enough people, it could provide us with a prediction tool for estimating upcoming CLI for people who have not gotten their CLI yet (using a statistical analysis called regression).

Variables that I would be interested in gathering (feel free to add to this) that might influence CLIs:

TU, EX, EQ Fico at the time of approval

TU, EX, EQ Fico at the time of your CLI

Number of inquiries since approval

Number of new accounts since approval

Average age of accounts

Average utilization from the time of approval to your CLI

Number of total accounts (all tradelines, including loans) at approval

Number of total accounts at the time of your CLI

Number of late payments at approval

Number of late payments at the time of your CLI

There are other factors that I did not include, for the sake of brevity.  If anyone is interested in contributing to this project, I think it would be really cool to see.  The good thing is, I would not necessarily need every single variable for each person.  Any information provided would be beneficial.  I could even expand it to other lenders (e.g., Discover, Chase) if people are willing to contribute CLI data.  As a side note - these CLIs should be limited to those that are automatic or soft pulls.

Holding spot for me. I will post here when I get mine in a few months. I've been spending tons of money through the cards so far, about $2.6K a month. I'll report my findings.
