Well spent most of the morning reviewing cards with my partner and in the end just could not beat the "Exclusive Offer" that he received for American Express Blue Cash Preffered with $250 Sign on Bonus and 0% for 15 months for Purchases!! I have not seen 0% for more than 6 months with Amex since 2008!
He currently has a Costco Amex for about 18 months with limit of $18,200 so can't wait to see what they give him on the new card.

The standard offer is 12 months of no interest.

Don't think annual fee is waived, but you can use the rewards dollars to cover it

I believe the standard actually is only 6 months now. Atleast when partner logs in under current account and clicked to apply for another card the blue preferred offer was only 6 months.

I don't think the annual fee is waived since I applied from the CreditCards.com link as well and the T&Cs stated $75 annual membership fee.

Yes, I believe what someone else had said, the bonus offsets the annual fee. My bad, sorry.
