After composing my previous posts here primarily on a 2016 iPad, I’m typing this from a brand new iPad Air. I'm also quite pleased with my upgrade.

I just got a free Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 5G at metro (the same day I upgraded my son's phone to a 2025 Moto G 5G for $180 (+ taxes/fees)). The tablet was $25 activation + $20 first month service. The guy said pay one more month (Jan) and then come back in Feb to cancel service and you can keep the tablet. So, for $65, I got my kids a brand new tablet that they can use on wi-fi, ongoing. ![]()
