Sorry for posting this late, but this happened on February 8th, 2025.
After my Amex CLI request didnt go through as expected and my last card dropped out of 6 months (0/6). I went ahead and applied for Delta SkyMiles Gold American Express Card.
I was approved immediately with no HP. But it didnt give me the SL. The card came in 5 days and I was approved for $2000. The sub was 80,000 Bonus Miles for $2,000 in purchases within the first 6 months.
Amex gave me $20k CLI on BCP just before my app and the SL was $5k on BCP. But for the Delta Gold card they only gave SL $2k.
Now to the data points before applying.
Dec 07, 2023 - Capital One Platinum, auto PC to Quick Silver. SL $1000 auto CLI to $2000 at 6 months.
Apr 29, 2024 - Amex BCP. SL $5000, 1st CLI to $15,000, 2nd CLI to $35000.
Sep 08, 2024 - Capital One Savor. SL $10,000.
All reports are frozen.

Congratulations on the card, but perhaps you are near the max exposure AMEX is willing to extend to you based on your income.
