Got denied, as far as I knew, for the Citi AA Advantage Executive Card a few weeks, but this morning I got a knock on my door with a nice package from Citi. My Platinum Select was upgraded to World Elite status a couple days ago so I just assumed it was just an information package but I saw the black/silver shimmering card and was pretty excited. It was nice thinking I wouldn't be paying that $450 AF though, lol. It's a relatively low limit, but I do have a lot of inquiries, a short history, and 4 previous Citi cards so I understand that. Now it's time to start cutting my unwanted AF + sockdrawer cards, and let my credit inquiries fall off.
