Discover IT approval

I have been approved and recieved my Discover IT card with a $800 SL. It is by far my lowest sl with any of my cards. Is this a card that will grow fairly quickly? I have seen alot of posts re: this card and CLI. How do I know when I request a CLI if it will be a hard pull or sp and when is an appropriate time to request a cli?
