I cant even get a CVS offer from them.
You're in good company, @Remedios... I didn't get the CVS offer, either.

Hang in there, @AverageJoesCredit... you know the drill with Discover, and you know that while unpredictable eventually they will loosen up!

Hey UncleB. Glad to see ya back too
That ole Discover mystery still in full swing. Yep, they surprised this cardholder with a nice new 2K SP CLI last week as well.
You just never know when they're going to spring a sweet one on ya. I think they like it that way.
Plus anyone who gets some luv make certain you call in not just for double dip but request an APR reduction. They seem open to those too.

Hey @CreditMagic7, good to see you as well!
Excellent reminder on the APR reduction! I think I'm probably due one myself but I keep holding off since I know they often give you a choice of a permanent reduction or another 12 month 0% promo, which would come in handy should I ever use them for a BT again (so I can keep using the card for the 5% categories).
Of course if I would 'rip off the bandaid' and take the permanent reduction now there's a good chance when/if I'm needing to use them for a BT six months would have passed meaning I could get the best of both worlds, but I guess I'm just not as good at "taking care of business" as I once was. (LOL)
