Yes give them a quick call. Most are working from home but i only waited like 2 minutes. Weird you say your apr actually went up? Of note you almost will never see a spot to lower apr from any creditor. Its one of those things that if you dont call or ask , you wont get
You might want to take them up on another 0% for 12 months on new purchases if they offer it to you... vs the perm APR reduction...
Just a thought.. might want to mention it to them if your interested... Not sure how universal but heard also theres a 6mo 0% offer supposedly if your not eligible for the 12 yet...

True. It was 0% but after the intro APR ended it has gone up to 23.99% Wheww! Scary. Wasted few hundred dollars paying off interest each month because of my neglect.
Thank you for the suggestion. I will ask them on that too. Like most people I am teleworking from home right now so it is easier to making phone calls. It was mandatory for everybody at the base to work from home at least 2 weeks until being called back.
