Discover CLI at Day 75 after Opening Card

I have two Discover IT cards [1st one 12K (5/2014); 2nd one 3K (7/2018)] & with my 3rd statement coming soon, I had called customer service to ask about the process for moving CL from one card to the other. The CSR explained that 1st your card must be open 3 months -- apparently July 23rd counts as "July" and October 6th counts as "October" and ... I don't know, but 7/23 to 10/6 is 75 days, yet she said "Good, your cards have been" -- and then the card receiving must be eligible for a CLI, "so while I have you with me on the telephone, why not let me take a look to see if it's eligible now?" No hard pull, I asked? No hard pull. Then why not indeed? 

"Congratulations, you're eligible for a 1500 CLI -- do you want to accept?" So I took it & moved 10,500 over from the 1st card giving me my 1st 15K CL. 

DPs: TU Fico 08 is 752 but on the website it's showing last month's still: 727. I have 0 balance on the new card & $600 on the old one with a couple hundred per month traffic on each card.

Update: I tried for the Reverse DD (phone 1st, online 2nd) & got snuffed by the computer.  I had to try.
