Discover -- after a year of regular payment history, and below 10% uti, they finally granted me my first increase of 700$. It is going to take a while to build credit with those guys for sure.

You aren't alone that is for certain. Not quite as bad as you are, but I am close they don't like my profile for whatever reason. Whatever, next
I have a new file, a year and two months, maybe that's why. Other than that I have 5 inquiries (all but one older than a year). No late payments or anything. I am at a loss to be honest.

Rather shocking looking at your scores but, without knowing your complete profile hard to say why. I just got my Discover IT card 45 days ago. Good luck with future CLI.
Wow you guys....Congratulations....I would take that 700 so fast and run with it. Not a bad increase at all IMO.....

My TU > 800 and havent seen a CLI in 7+ months and your limit is close to mine. Discover doesn't care about score persay they don't want transactor they want people that are more likely to carry a balance and with not a ton of credit or in the rebuilding or new to credit stages. Scores and income play very little role in Discovers limits or CLI or lack of cli's

+1, AGREED!
It’s strange. Some people are on Discover’s “good” list and some are on the “bad.” Lol No one can quite figure that one out. You have people like me getting every CLI I ask for and then people like AJC that can’t get any love lol

Im gonna have to disagree with CC on this one. Truth is is that no one here knows what Discover's logarithms are like. They are the frustrating lender to figure out. Next moth, you could receive a $3k CLI, no one knows.
