Not everyone... both of my previous $6,500 ($13,000 total) increases happened when my TU scores were around 695.

Humu, in not understanding the corelation of having a thin file, sub 700 score, and Discover issuing large CLI 's. I have what I would consider a thick file, sub 700 score, does that mean I wouldn't qualify? I realize it's YMMV thing. Can you please educate me on this?  ☺
