Discover Graduation

I opened a secured Discover in July 2019 and it took until TODAY to graduate to an unsecured card with a $1500 limit.

When I got the card I had a FICO 8 of 492 (yikes) and now it's 642.

My freebie scores are currently at 714 with all three bureaus and I have opened a handful of new CCs in the past year as my credit rebuilds.

I had a returned payment in December 2019 (forgot to switch my payment info to a new checking account) that I immediately realized and called to cancel/pay with the correct account but the damage was done I guess.

My credit file includes a few paid charge-offs and 2 collections which are in a payment plan.

No idea what their formula is but happy I finally got my deposit back!
