Discover More CLI!!

Got this card in September 2010 and started with a $3,000 CL and it took two years to get an increase to $4,000.  I heard all the talks about Discover doing auto increases every 6 months for some people.  It's been about 6 months since that first increase and to my surprise I got an email today that my limit went up to $5,000!!!  I'm more excited that I probably should be (haha).

I think I know why but can someone confirm it for me.. the reason why I am not seeing 5% quarterly cashback is because I have Motiva so I could call them up and try to get them to bump it up to either More or IT card to get 5% quarterly cashback deals ? for now it only gives you 5% cashback based on interest rates if I leave a balance on my Motiva Card.

Yes you should convert your card to the It. The 5% rotating category rewards program is applicable to the More and the It only.

always great to get a CLI! you should try to call in and personally ask for a credit limit. Might work out better for you with maybe a larger CLI
