Discover auto CLI

It's about time Discover showed my Discover IT some love.

My chase card gets majority of my usage but since discover was my first card, I decided to have my netflix auto charged to it every month.

I requested a SP CLI few days ago and got the "we cannot increase your credit limit at this time yada yada yada."

Logged in today and noticed I went from 4900 to 7400. Although I don't need any more credit, it's always nice to be spoiled once in a while. Now if only Chase can show me some attention.

Check out the Discover thread in my signature if you want more insight into how they have been operating.  Seems you figured out the magic sauce of reducing spend to get bigger CLI's.  Put down a reminder to hit the button every other month and I think you'll blow your other limits out of the water in no time flat.  $3500 is pretty good per SP but it can go higher to $6-8K per SP if you stir the pot at the right times.

Congrats on the CLI! Good for you. And it came right on time for the Holidays. Can't wait until my CLIs start to roll in.
