Discover loves me

Discover was one of my first cards, and they started me at a 5.5k limit when I had only about 6 months of credit history. Anyway, that limit rose to 14.4k within a year. Discover has literally never turned me down when I request a CLI, and they gave me an auto CLI after only about 5 months of having the card.

Once I hit that 14.4k limit, I actually didn’t use the card at all for several months because I was off chasing other cards (shame on me LOL). Anyway, I just recently put a couple smallish charges on the card and tried for a CLI and they gave me an extra 2,800. Limit now 17,200.

I’m sorry for my infidelity, Discover. I know now why I love you and I won’t take you for granted anymore.

Discover It: 26.5k

Lol, yes discover is awesome. They will practically grow overnight. Congrats on another successful Cli, I use to get them every 60 days when i had them.

Wow. They were generous to you. I haven't gotten an auto CLI since July, and got a manually requested CLI in december.

Yeah, thats when they were giving cli out like crazy in 2016 and early 2017. But all were manually requested though. I just couldnt stop hitting that button.

They hate me.. I have had this card for almost 2 years, and I have gotten a whopping $700 in automatic CLI (SL was $2k), and every request I asked for credit increase has been denied. As soon as I have my AMEX cards, they are heading to the sock drawer.
