Just figured I share some positive approval news. So I went into Incognito Mode on Chrome and went on the Amex website and saw that they have the 75K SUB and 0% APR for 12 months and decided to give it go. Now, I have been pulling that pre-approval for about a year now since closing my Delta Blue with them as it was stuck at $1000 for 2 years. I didn't realize every subsequent card would be a SP or else I would have kept it open. Anyhow, the pre-approval page would not give me any offers citing they found no offers. Side note: One strange thing that I notice each pre-approval request is that the page would refresh would a higher SUB than what was on the page before. Another side note: My last CO with Amex was back in 2018, but that has been settled and taken care of.
Anywho, yesterday 5 inqs fell off my report so now I am about 10 inqs including this new Amex HP. Suffice to say I was approved for the card. Those 20 or so seconds is SOMETHING ELSE! But once it came back with the page to add an AU, I knew I was in again. Anywho, here are some DPs:
As you all can see, I am fairly close to the 700 mark but not quite there. I will be retiring to the garden for the foreseeable future, perhaps until next year. I do not see myself apping for a new card anytime soon and really should not have pulled this one but glad I did, I have some travels coming up in a few weeks!

Amex used EXP Fico Score 8 at 677 (see screenshots above). Although it is NPSL, my Pay Over Time limit is set to $1,750. Which means anything over that limit is PIF.

According to the offer, to get the 75K SUB you have to spend $4,000 within 6 months of approval. Which is pretty low considering it is a charge card. I was expecting something a little higher....or maybe that's just me being a weirdo.

Cool, thanks @dre90 ! Agree that's a nice offer and seems like a fairly easy spend, less than $700 / month to get the bonus
