Elan Financial - Approval or not? **UPDATE** Approved

Applied for a card with Elan this morning through my long time bank.

After it did it's thing, I got an offer for $17.500 with a confirmmed 0% APR for 20 months and hard interest rate of 15.99% thereafter. I of course hit accept.

Then it went to 'We will be in touch soon if we need more information'

I have yet to receive any notice of a hard pull.

Was this an actual approval? Or was it a preliminary approval still to be manually reviewed amd confirmed? I have never done busioness with Elan before.

Taking a look at your posting time today, I'm guessing you applied during the night.

I would expect a HP later today; Unless your bank is giving you the card based on a SP ---- would not be a surprise since you where auto approved for the card ---

They will usually just mail you the card within a week. Check your online account with your bank as well. It will probably post there, before you get the card in the mail.

Elan typically manually reviews most apps.

Well I just called the Elan Robolady, and she confirmed the application had been approved - so I guess that a good sign!

Still no sign of a HP though, does Elan ever SP approve?
