I called to see if I could get a CLI with a soft pull and they bumped me $3700 up to $25k.
Every six months like clockwork.
Opened 01/16/22 with a SL of $11,300, which was exactly what the pre-qual said. That was my highest SL until recently and my second highest CL at the time.
07/18/22 I got an extra $5k making it $16300.
01/17/23 another $5k bringing it to $21,300, my highest CL and first $20k+ card.
07/17/23 they gave me $3.7k for $25,000, which I think is some kind of cap, like the highest you can go without a HP or something like that. Plenty for my purposes. I really just wanted a round number

Congrats! I've been trying to figure out what the cap on FNBO cards is and believe you are right that it is $25k.
BTW, the website kept telling me I had no eligible accounts when I clicked the request increase button. I checked as recently as 10 minutes before I called. But the nice lady on the phone said "sure, no problem."

I'm going by what I think I remember reading from other people here. I should have asked when I was on the phone, but didn't. I don't have anything official to base it on, just vaguely remembered 2nd-hand info. So, as always, YMMV.

Awesome! I have had my Evergreen card now for 5 months and hoping for a auto cli next month without having to call. Congrats on your growth on this card, well done.
