FNBO Evergreen 5k CLI!

Just called in, and got an increase from $10,000 to $15,000.

I checked online first and I kept seeing this;

Decided to call and after going through a short menu process got a guy on the phone and got a SP $5,000 increase. He said I could ask for more if I wanted to do a HP but I figured the juice wouldn't be worth the squeeze. Account is about 8 months old with perfect payment history.

FNBO does it again!

I think you're better off calling it in. I think online may be HP only. Not positive about that,  but I think I read that your chances of a SP are better on the phone.

After this, I will only recommend calling them for any increases. I honestly think their online system is broken at this point. How can it say I'm not eligible then while I'm still logged in and looking at that message call them and get a 50% SP increase...lol
