Yes about 99% of their applications are manually UW by an underwriter.  Should know something in about 5 business days.. Expect a call in a few business days (verification) where thy ask a few questions and if you have alot of inquiries/ new accts a chance to explain that to them if they ask.

edit also can chec application status online at:

Re: FNBO Mlife

Called and was approved 6900 sl. Was my new address that confused them lol. Hitting Vegas in a few months and staying in one of those hotels figured why not.

Re: FNBO Mlife

Mlife is the card I'm currently waiting a decision on. Congrats on getting in with FNBO and on that nice starting limit.

Regarding Comenity's Total Rewards Visa card, they are easier to get approved for, but they will also shut you down very quickly if they see many new accounts or inquiries.  I had mine for a week before it was closed. Didn't have it long enough to get the sign up bonus. I did keep platinum status the entire year though. Others had their TR cards for much less than that before being shut down. In the future I will space out Comenity Visa/Mastercards far out from any app spree.

Re: FNBO Mlife

I got a pre approval popup from them, accepted it and got a 7 day message. Probably from my new address that hasnt populated over to the reports yet. Called them and they were clueless, told me to wait for the letter.
