Got one in the mail for FNBO it's been actually the only credit card offer i've gotten in the mail for awhile now since the pandemic began. Didn't know much about them besides they are a legitamate bank and actually respected compared to some card companies.
Read through some details on here people mentioned they might have changed a few years back to become very sensitive about how many inquiries you have which detered me as you can see below I got 18 inquiries from Experian which is the bureau they pull from too. Score is 715. Thought some people said they had similar amounts and still got approved so i'm not sure why they would then offer that as a reason to deny.
Decided to bite the bullet and applied using the access code and reservation number on my prequalified card. The website reference .com/apply they included in the letter did not work, so simply had to google it.
Got approved for 7.8k SL! Ecstatic to say!
Very nice! FNBO can be tough...they've never cared for my profile and I stopped trying a few years ago. The last app I had with them was back in '15 or '16 when they had the 2% Bucks Back Visa. At the time I really wanted that card and they told me to kick rocks. LOL!
Congrats on your approval and decent CL!

Yep thats it, wonder if they made it a more difficult process by adding this extra step to weed out the lazy or undecisive people from applying lol
