I had 2 BT offers on my card: 6.99% with no fee and 0% with 5% fee. I called to get more info. I asked if I was eligible for a CLI so that I could take advantage of the BT. After asking house payment and income, she said that I was preapproved for a $5k increase, and if I wanted more than she'd have to check my credit.
I wasn't expecting that much since I rarely use the card and I was definitely expecting a HP. I accepted the $5k and SP. Limit is now $11k

It seems to be equivalent to 5% back on Speedway purchases (via points), is that correct?

So about the points...it depends on how you redeem them. I've gotten drinks, food and gift cards, but I've only done the math on the gift cards. A $25 gift card for 25000 points, is 5%. Some of the cards I liked to get now cost 30000 points, so less than 5% now. That's kinda why I stopped using it and was using my Discover and CF. And in (silent) protest I was using my BCP. If I don't use the BT, then I'll go back to using it for gas
